Production possibilities

The company offers electronic printed circuit boards for all applications, also with a higher degree of compaction as well as laminates, metal core for LED lighting. We offer customers high-quality tiles, thoroughly checked and competitive prices. As part of the production guarantee: printed circuit design, preparation doprodukcyjnej, design optimization, and final electrical test. The process of assembling the components is done in a modern production hall with a very well-developed infrastructure, minimizing manufacturing costs of products. Thanks to the efficient and precise automata laying SMT components, we are able to assemble a large number of circuit boards in the short term.

Our monthly production capacity of 8 million items 3 million SMT and THT points. Our devices are able to mount passive components with a minimum size of 0201 and in enclosures uBGA, BGA, finepitch 12 miles, QFP, TQFP, PLCC, MINIMELF.

In the production of laser-use templates and control the packets assembled using automated optical inspection, electrical testing of ICT and FCT. Additionally, in order to ensure high quality of products we provide controls, ESD protection according to PN-EN 61000340-5-1 and 5-2: 2002.

Electronic equipment engineering

Our range of services includes: designing electrical schematic of the system, printed circuit board design, firmware MCU performance measurements of parameters of electronic design, design and performance testers funkfunkcjonalnych and validation of the projects. When designing a product we use advanced CAD: Cadence Allegro, Altium Designer; Downstream Technologies CAM350.
